Meet Our Team

About our Acacia Angels

Our Acacia Angels are specially selected to join our team of carers through our rigorous recruitment process.  They are the foundation of our organisation and we provide them with all the necessary training required to ensure that your care is given safely.

An Acacia Angel is naturally passionate about giving to others, genuine, kind and compassionate.  No matter what your care needs are they will ensure that you are comfortable and treat you with dignity and respect.

We know it can be daunting to allow a stranger to come into your home so we will introduce you to our team straight away and the Acacia Angels will put you at ease so you can start to build a bond between you.

Meet the Acacia Angels

Eileen Morton

My name is Eileen and I am the registered manager. I started my career in care nearly 10 years ago and have enjoyed working my way up to manager. I value the team and my ethos is to ensure they are well looked after and supported and the quality of the care then follows this. I am currently completing my NVQ level 5.

Russell Staton

Hi I’m Russell, I’m an office administrator and I’ve been with the company since November 2021, and so far I’m really enjoying it. I have lots of admin experience but I’ve had no care working experience before so I’m slowly learning the industry. The office team I work with have made me feel so welcome since joining and every day we all have a good laugh and it makes the day go so much easier.

Olivia Jean

Hi I’m Olivia, I have worked for Acacia since 2019 and progressed my way to administrator. I still do some care visits and really enjoy how rewarding the role is. I go home knowing I have made a difference. I am studying my NVQ level 3. I carry out staff supervisions and recruitment which I really enjoy.

Paulina Gorka

Hi I’m Paulina, I started with Acacia in 2019 and have progressed to senior care assistant. I am studying my NVQ level 3. I love the variety of my role, working in the community and in the office. I find it very rewarding.

Robina Rasul

Hi I’m Robina and I have worked for Acacia since 2019. I have progressed to senior care assistant. I am involved in setting up care for new customers and ensuring that our existing customers are happy. I love making a difference to our customer’s lives at home and making sure they are well cared for.
