Meet Our Team

About our Acacia Angels

Our Acacia Angels are specially selected to join our team of carers through a rigorous recruitment process. They are the foundation of our organization, receiving comprehensive training to ensure your care is provided safely.

An Acacia Angel is naturally passionate about giving to others, genuine, kind, and compassionate. No matter what your care needs are, they will ensure you are comfortable and treat you with dignity and respect.

We understand it can be daunting to invite a stranger into your home. That’s why we introduce you to our team right away. Our Acacia Angels are here to make you feel at ease, helping you build a bond from the start.

Meet the Acacia Angels

Carolyn Jeffery

Hi, I am Carolyn and I’m the care manager. I have many years of experience in managing home care companies and have my
level 5 management qualification as well as being a trained trainer. I am a very ‘hands on’ manager so you will see me out and
about regularly!

Debbie Milne

Hi, I am Debbie and I am the HR Manager at Acacia Homecare. I am responsible for the Recruitment and Performance Management of our most valuable assets – our care staff!

Additionally, I am actively involved in the day to day running of the office.

I enjoy building positive relationships with people who use our services, their families, and other health and social care professionals.

Brigita Celkyte

Hi, I am Brigita, also known as Brigit. I joined Acacia Homecare in 2021 as a carer and have progressed to senior care assistant. I take the lead on managing medications and also support and train the staff in the field. I carry out reviews and update careplans and risk assessments.

Paulina Gorka

Hi I’m Paulina, I started with Acacia in 2019 and have progressed to senior care assistant. I am studying my NVQ level 3. I love the variety of my role, working in the community and in the office. I find it very rewarding.
